A film is never really good unless the camera is an eye in the head of a poet.
We believe that wedding films should be exciting, dynamic, unique and fun-filled. They should inspire, not replace your memories and tell more than just the bride and groom’s tale. We believe in real moments, real personality. We want you to live and feel every moment and forget we’re even there.
As documentary wedding videographers we want to get to the heart of the action, to create an authentic record not just of your wedding day but of who you were as a couple at that moment in your lives, surrounded by the people you love.
Photography is the simplest thing in the world, but it is incredibly complicated to make it really work.
We’re proud to work alongside our amazing York Place Studios Photographers Dom & Liam Shaw, who just so happen to be Alex’s brother and sister!

Matt Thompson Filmmaker Matt is our resident sound expert and brings a rich background in theatre production to his films. His innovative soundtracks and creative visuals capture the true atmosphere and feeling behind each wedding he captures.    Alex Shaw Filmmaker Film-buff and editor extraordinaire, Alex's style of filming has a rare and beautiful intimacy that reveals the raw emotion of a moment and the relationships between his subjects. Dominique Shaw Photographer The moments that Dominique focuses on are first felt rather than seen. The soulful connections she finds reveal the real truth and personality of her subjects, putting beautiful characterisation into her stories. Liam Shaw Photographer Liam's complex, often self-revealing images are evidence of his thoughtful approach to photography. A subtle humour and keen observational style form the bedrock of his work. |
